Russell Stewart

Russell Stewart transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage in 2017 and was named Vice President in 2021. His rise to success was due to his ability to manage complex deals and provide a multi-faceted approach to solving his clients’ problems using his diverse background in engineering and law. In 2022, Stewart earned the prestigious SIOR designation adding his name to just 3,700 SIOR members worldwide. Additionally, his performance qualified him to become a Principal of Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham in 2023.

Stewart is equally at ease with everyone from a CEO to a landowner with no commercial real estate experience. He adapts his approach with each client and communicates clearly and concisely about complicated transactions and offers his well-informed guidance to assist them to achieve their goals. Within the company, Stewart mentors newer brokers and pulls in team members to collaborate on deals, making sure that clients receive the best information and service. 

Even though Stewart has been a broker for only five years, he has earned numerous awards including Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) Rookie of Year; TCAR Elite Broker for Land Sales, Total Sales and Industrial Leasing; and TCAR Sale Transaction of the Year. 

On a community level, Stewart is involved with Igniting Hope, Miracle League of the Triangle, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Ducks Unlimited, YMCA of the Triangle (Advisory Board Member, Golf Marathon Captain) and the Great Strides for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He also works with the Boy Scouts of America, Occoneeche Council, Friends of Scouting Event Committee.
