As part of the Molloy Kaye Group at Marcus & Millichap, Jared Kaye specializes in brokerage of single-tenant retail, shopping centers and medical office assets. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2012 as a summer intern, and now is First Vice President Investments in the Atlanta, GA office.
Kaye’s discipline and professionalism played a significant role in his impressive track record of closings. He practices real estate with the highest level of integrity and unshakeable ethics. Kaye also maintains critical time management and organizational skills that allow him to balance career and family, which he believes is key to his success.
He credits mentorship from partner Sonny Malloy as the foundation of his career success. Now as a senior agent on the team, he understands the importance of giving back through mentorship. He now enjoys being in a position to inspire and coach newcomers to commercial real estate on his and Sonny’s team.
Additionally, Kaye is a volunteer with the Big Brother, Big Sister-Pal Program and Atlanta Food Bank.
