She specializes in underwriting and originating loans in various asset types including multifamily, SFR, office, industrial, medical office, senior housing, retail and hospitality and more.
One notable 2021 transaction was a bridge loan on a value-add multifamily acquisition with oceanfront views in Santa Monica, CA. The deal was executed at 70% of the purchase price and 100% of the soft and hard construction proceeds (77% LTC). This loan is collateralized by a vacant, historically designated multifamily property in Santa Monica. The borrower’s plan is to modernize current improvements and upon completion, increase rent to market rates and provide high-end amenities to prospective tenants upon lease-up.
