Andy Warnock is a senior managing director at Lument and is responsible for the origination of Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, agency small balance, FHA/HUD and balance sheet loans for market-rate multifamily housing. He serves clients nationwide with a focus on Columbus and Cleveland, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. Warnock joined Lument predecessor RED Capital Group in 2006; since that time he has been directly responsible for more than $3.1 billion of loan originations.

In 2021, Warnock closed 34 FHA transactions totaling $390.6 million, 10 Fannie Mae transactions totaling $141.5 million, and nine Freddie Mac transactions totaling $124.5 million, covering 5,402 units. He closed transactions in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Iowa.

One of Warnock’s most notable relationships is with Redwood Living. In 2021, Lument and Redwood together closed on 35 unique transactions totaling more than 2,800 multifamily units. The two companies completed 150 loans so far.

Warnock also focuses on “green financing.” More than 40% of his team’s loans closed within the previous fiscal year involved sustainable financing aimed toward energy-efficient developments.

These are some of the reasons we selected Warnock for inclusion in the Connect CRE Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
