Recently named Lender of the Year by CCIM’s Utah chapter
As Senior Vice President at BOK Financial, Aaron Munro originated loans across multiple product types including industrial, multifamily, office, retail and land in 2021. He was able to skillfully structure and close two suburban Chicago office building loans by merging the borrower’s value-add funding requirements with the bank’s lower risk threshold for the product type.
With $347.7 million of new loan transaction volume, Munro was recently named Lender of the Year by CCIM’s Utah chapter. He is well-regarded in his market and within our bank as a mentor to teammates.
