Born and raised in Detroit, Todd Hawley joined Friedman Real Estate in 1993. Since then, he’s averaged more than 70 transactions annually on behalf of institutional and private investors, and is considered one of the top brokers in metro Detroit.

In addition to closing many office sales in 2021, one of Todd’s significant deals (in partnership with Friedman’s Rich Deptula) involved seller representation the disposition of the 110,000-square-foot Stoneridge II office building in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
