Frederick Regnery leads a team that specializes in tenant and landlord representation within supply chain real estate. Operating out of Colliers’ Rosemont, IL office, Fred’s focus includes site selection, labor analytics, real estate capital markets, and government incentives and construction procurement.

He is a member of Colliers’ Chicago-based Executive Committee, as well as a leader in the company’s national Logistics and Transportation group, while maintaining the role of one of Colliers’ top-producing real estate professionals nationwide. During 2021, he completed 100 deals totaling 12 million square feet, and valued in excess of $500 million.
