Among the team’s most notable 2021 transactions is the sale of the Metro 1160 Portfolio, consisting of the Retreat at Farmington Hills and the Crossings at Canton. Led by Kevin Dillon and Jason Krug, the team represented both seller and the buyer, GSH, in the deal. Other closings included Alden Towers, Manors at Knollwood and Providence at Harbour Club.
