Kicked off leasing in three medical office developments in Minneapolis area

Jill Rasmussen brings more than 35 years of industry experience to the Davis Group, establishing herself as a leading healthcare specialist. In her job she leads a quality team that provides strategic planning, brokerage, development and investment services.

In 2021, the Davis team completed the lease up of Xchange Medical, a 77,996-square-foot medical office development in St. Louis Park. The team also kicked off three additional medical office developments in Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove and Wayzata, with anchor tenant leases including Allina, MNGI Digestive Health and Tailwind Pediatric Dentistry respectively.
