Brokered 803,473-square-foot lease renewal and expansion for Renaissance Global Logistics
Spearheaded $7.5-million sale of 763,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, AR
Savills Executive Managing Director Greg Bockart handles a variety of brokerage activity including investment sales and leasing for the office, industrial and retail sectors. During 2021, he executed transactions totaling more than $150 million in value for his local, national, and international clients. Lease transactions totaled more than 2.3 million square feet at a $123 million value, while sales closings totaled more than $28 million. Also during the year, he added more brokers to his team, strengthening all services including investment sales.
Transaction highlights included Renaissance Global Logistics’ lease and renewal expansion to 803,473 square feet in Detroit (the largest recorded industrial lease transaction of the year), and Superior Industries International’s sale of its 763,000-square-foot building in Fayetteville, AR for $7.5 million, one of the largest industrial sales in Northwest Arkansas in 2021. Greg also managed Central City Integrated Health’s Detroit portfolio sale, consisting of two buildings totaling 92,584 square feet as well as a 47,000-square-foot sale-leaseback for CCIH.
