Brokered sale of the mixed-use Fishers District, Indianapolis

Handled $108.5-million, three-property portfolio transaction

George Tikijian and Hannah Ott lead the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group out of the Indianapolis office. Offering more than 90 years of combined experience, the team has brokered more than $3.45 billion in multifamily sales, completing more than 515 transactions totaling more than 100,000 units.

In their history the team brokered both the largest individual multifamily property sale, as well as the largest multifamily portfolio in on record by dollar volume in Indianapolis.

Transactions brokered in 2021 included the mixed-use Fishers District in Indianapolis (featuring the 260-unit Mark at Fishers District) and a three-property, 1,426-unit portfolio sold by RADCO Cos. For $108.5 million.
