Elliott Sellers was promoted to Anchor Health Properties’ Vice President of Investment in 2020. In that role, he heads up the company’s Washington DC office, focusing on the management of real estate acquisition and development investments. Sellers brings more than five years of healthcare real estate experience, overseeing more than $1 billion of closed investments to date. He leads business development efforts for the Mid Atlantic, Southeast, Southern California, and Pacific Northwest regions, and has overseen the acquisition of more than 2.5 million square feet of health care real estate investments to date.
Sellers possesses uncanny poise, intellect, and determination for someone his age. He handles difficult situations, walking delicate paths to success extremely well. As a result, he has made a tremendous impression on institutional capital partners with executives many years his senior. As a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, Sellers offers diverse financial knowledge that is applied to real estate investments and assisting clients with complex corporate finance challenges.
Sellers has a BBA degree in finance from James Madison University. He is actively involved in several organizations including the Central Virginia American Red Cross Board and Urban Land Institute’s Washington, DC mentorship program. He is also a current member of Revista Media’s Rising Leaders Council, where he serves as a resource to the organization’s Executive Team and Advisory Board. Sellers is also a frequent speaker and panelist at healthcare executive roundtables and industry conference.
