Nikki Kirk
VP of member growth & partnerships for CompStak’s Exchange platform
Displays deep, organized knowledge of the work of the various company teams
Worked for CBRE and Colliers before joining CompStak in 2016
As the VP of member growth & partnerships for CompStak’s Exchange platform, Nikki Kirk oversees the business development efforts of the Exchange team with a focus on deepening relationships with the brokerage and appraisal communities. Prior to joining CompStak in 2016, she worked for two of the largest brokerage firms – Colliers and CBRE.
As a leader, Kirk prioritizes engaging her entire team. She makes decisions after giving her team the opportunity to pitch their ideas and offer their thoughts. Kirk prioritizes working in a way that ensures the whole team feels a sense of investment and ownership in the projects that they execute together, on the grounds that hard work is wasted if it is not understood.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Kirk as one of the National 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
Kirk works at the intersection of many domains and specialties. She strives to communicate in a way that is understandable to a wide audience while still conveying core content. Colleagues say Kirk has a near-omniscient knowledge of the work that the various teams at CompStak perform. Her deep, organized knowledge of the company allows her to propose bold solutions. For Kirk, collaboration means more than just joint effort. Leading a team means always being available as a resource for help, be it with her encyclopedic knowledge of CRE or just as a sounding board for projects at the end-of-quarter crunch.
