Rose Liu joined Winthrop Capital Advisors in August 2020 as a loan portfolio asset manager based in Boston, providing comprehensive asset management services for a large New York-based real estate investment company and their debt investment vehicles. She is an active member of the asset management team for the multibillion-dollar loan portfolio comprised of complex assets within a series of CRE debt-oriented investment vehicles, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, real estate debt and equity securities, and other varied sophisticated credit investments.
Prior to joining Winthrop, Liu was director of finance & research analyst at Colliers. Her career had focused on performing financial analysis for commercial real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition, and investment transactions in office, industrial, retail and multifamily markets. In addition, she provided market research to clients and colleagues and produced more than 50 quarterly Long Island office and industrial market reports. During her tenure at Colliers, she generated a number of large leads and engaged various Colliers service lines globally.
These are just a few reasons we chose Liu as one of the Boston/New England 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
