Has a niche financing manufactured housing communities and RV resorts
Anthony Golebiewski has 11 years’ experience in commercial real estate debt, and currently is a director in the Boston office of Berkadia, supporting the mortgage banking platform. In this role, he is primarily responsible for both conventional and GSE debt originations of all commercial real estate product types.
Golebiewski joined Berkadia upon Berkadia’s acquisition of Keystone Commercial Capital, a boutique mortgage banking firm primarily focused on life insurance company loan origination.
In 2020, Golebiewski and his team closed 41 transactions on a variety of property types, with deals size ranging from $880,000 to $52.08 million, across 15 states. He has a particular niche financing manufactured housing communities and RV resorts on a nationwide basis. Given the country’s affordable housing crisis, Golebiewski finds financing MHCs rewarding, given it helps support one of the most affordable types of housing in the country.
These are just a few reasons we chose Golebiewski as one of the Boston/New England 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
