VP at Northeast Private Client Group

Brings a high level of integrity and keen business acumen

Sees past the day-to-day deal flow

Described as something of a unicorn, Bob Paterno brings a high level of integrity and keen business acumen that is evident in every conversation. In less than three years with Northeast Private Client Group, Paterno has closed an average of over $12.2 million in sales annually and more than $36.8 million in total.

Colleagues say that beyond his dedication to giving his clients the best service and support he can provide, Paterno has an eye for seeing past the day-to-day deal flow. When a project was in the works for improving the system integration, Paterno jumped right in and offered his assistance. He provided his insights into the deal flow, how associates used the systems; and spent countless unpaid hours testing the changes to ensure that the system integration ran at its optimum.

When it came to doing a rebranding, Paterno again offered his support, this time with an eye to marketing content and branding activities and to ensure the team grows in a positive direction. He continues to provide insights on upcoming marketing materials, website layout, structure, and content.

These are some of the reasons we chose Paterno as one of the Boston/New England Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
