Wenger with Cushman＆Wakefield Focuses on Industrial Leasing Across Northeast Pennsylvania Market
Alex Wenger is a Managing Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial leasing team, located in Harrisburg, PA. She specializes in the Northeast PA market (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre) for the team as a submarket expert.
Wenger has been instrumental in advising the company’s clients on dozens of high-profile projects, including projects north of 500,000 square feet, with owners including Northpoint, Dermody, Hillwood and Prologis.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield as an associate in 2021, Wenger has been involved with over a dozen big-box deals along the Interstate 81/Interstate 88 corridor. One recent transaction was a 750,000-square-foot lease in Northeast Pennsylvania.
Wenger is involved with many community non-profits, including the local food bank and Salvation Army Angel Tree initiative. In the past, she has volunteered at the Special Olympics, Walk for MS, and local animal rescues.
She has received CoStar’s Power Broker Award.
