Talonvest’s Brusseau Supports Major Debt Transactions With Underwriting Leadership
An Associate with Talonvest Capital, Mason Brusseau manages a team of three underwriting professionals, overseeing deal execution, workflow management and quality control. He is responsible for producing investment packages including market research, financial analysis and underwriting of self-storage, commercial and multifamily transactions. He also assists with due diligence, competitive bid scenarios and closing processes for the firm’s clients.
Brusseau has directed underwriting and lender presentation materials for $3 billion in closed debt transactions, including individual financings up to $120 million.
Outside of underwriting transactions, he leads hiring, onboarding, and performance development for junior team members. Brusseau is on the committees for NAIOP SoCal Night at the Fights and NAIOP SoCal University, and is a graduate of the organization’s Young Professionals Group. In the community, he is the Director of Evangelization with the Young Catholic Professionals Orange County.
NAIOP SoCal has honored him with the John B. Parker Award.
These are just a few reasons we chose Mason Brusseau as one of Connect CRE’s California Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
