Holliday with Slatt Capital Quickly Makes His Mark in Capital Markets
Neil Holliday joined Slatt Capital in 2024 as an Associate, following eight years in partnership marketing and business development. Over the past 18 months, he has closed over $40 million in transactions, including a $23-million refinance for a Hilton Garden Inn and $9.3 million in acquisition and upgrade financing for a Homewood Suites by Hilton.
In addition to his transactions, Holliday assists Slatt’s local team with AI prospecting tools to help streamline workflows. He is involved with the ULI Young Leaders Group local chapter and is pursuing a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development at the University of San Diego.
These are just a few reasons we chose Neil Holliday as one of Connect CRE’s California Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
