IPA’s Vitta Leads High-Value Multifamily Financing Transactions

Jake Vitta is a Managing Director with IPA Capital Markets, where he focuses on multifamily debt and structured finance. He handles all aspects of transaction execution, including production, financial analysis, underwriting and due diligence, working with institutional and private owners to develop and implement capital markets strategies that meet their investment objectives.

Vitta has facilitated over $5 billion in multifamily debt during his career, with representative transactions including a $128-million agency loan for Summerwood, a multifamily asset in Santa Clara, CA, and a $127 million bridge loan for Jackson Apartments in Seattle.

In addition to transaction responsibilities, Vitta is involved with team development and mentorship, working closely with analysts and associates to guide underwriting, deal structuring and client management. His focus on developing junior professionals strengthens the team and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

His community involvement focuses on youth development and education, supporting organizations including Heart of Los Angeles.

Vitta has been recognized as a Top 5 Capital Markets Producer at IPA Capital Markets/Marcus & Millichap.
