Cushman＆Wakefield’s Giles Emerges as a Rising Force in Tenant Representation
Mat Mat Giles is a Senior Associate Broker with Cushman & Wakefield, where she focuses on office tenant representation. Since joining the company in 2023, she has worked with clients ranging from startups to publicly traded companies.
She operates in the highly competitive Orange County market, actively representing industrial, office and flex clients. Giles was promoted to her current position in January 2026 and is a recent graduate from CoreNet Global’s first Commercial Real Estate Academy.
In addition to transactional work, Giles is engaged with the firm’s culture and community efforts, which include participation in women’s leadership initiatives and philanthropic activities,
Giles is involved with the Festival of Children, which supports over 500 child-focused national charities. In her role as Miss Teen Southern California, she contributed to local philanthropies, community-focused events, and advocacy for special-needs students. She also served as a member of the National Charity League.
Giles is the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Rising Star Southwest Region award.
