JLL’s Lydon-Hertzberg-Gilbert-Royle Team consists of Anthony Lydon, Marc Hertzberg, Riley Gilbert, John Lydon and Kelly Royle. The group handles industrial leasing, tenant representation and land acquisition in Phoenix’s West Valley submarket and throughout Pinal County. During 2025, the team completed 65 transactions totaling 10.5 million square feet.
Notable highlights include representing a Fortune 10 retailer in its $152-million acquisition of a 1.3-million-square-foot industrial building at Luke Field, marking the highest Arizona industrial sale for 2025. The team represented Schneider Electric in its lease of 300,000 square feet at the PLD Airpark Building 3 (1655 S. Bullard Ave., Goodyear, AZ). It worked with Prologis to stabilize its Goodyear Airpark Logistics center by securing approximately 950,000 square feet across four separate lease transactions.
