Cushman & Wakefield’s Paul-King-Redd Team (Kip Paul, Michael King and JT Redd) handles Utah’s investment sales market. The trio’s track record includes $12 billion in total transaction volume. In 2025, they closed 21 transactions totaling $343.1 million in sales.
Notable highlights include handling the $41-million sale of the 177,000-square-foot Daybreak Corporate Center and executing the $20-million disposition of Riverdale Shopping Center. The team also brokered historical asset sales, including the Newhouse Building ($15.5 million) and City Place ($14 million).
These are some of the reasons we selected Kip Paul, Michael King and JT Redd as Connect CRE’s Phoenix & Southwest Top Broker Award winners for 2026. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
