Cliff David and Steve Gebing are multifamily investment advisors working from the Phoenix office of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. In 2025, the team successfully brought 19 deals to the closing table, totaling just under $1.2 billion in deal volume.
Notable transactions include the 388-unit Town Deer Valley (Phoenix), the 92-unit Zaterra (Chandler, AZ), the 412-unit Avana Desert View (Scottsdale) and the 119-unit Scottsdale on Main (downtown Scottsdale).
