Dawn McCombs, Principal at Avison Young’s Denver Office, closed nine transactions totaling 385,321 square feet in 2025.
She represented Petred, Inc. in securing a 152,034‑square‑foot industrial lease at Denali Logistics Park in Aurora, CO. By facilitating Pretred’s growth from a 40,000‑square‑foot operation to a large‑scale facility more than triple in size, McCombs played a key role in advancing Colorado’s sustainable manufacturing sector, supporting job expansion, and strengthening industrial activity near Denver International Airport.
