Newmark’s Logistics Capital Team – led by Dustin Volz, Stephen Bailey, Dominic Espinosa and Zachary Riebe – has been involved in more than $20 billion in industrial transactions across the U.S. In 2025, the team closed 42 transactions totaling $3.1 billion in sales volume.
Notable deals include brokering the sale of the 1.5-million, two-building 35 Eagle in North Fort Worth’s AllianceTexas intermodal hub. The team also worked on the sale of Project Bandit, a 1.2 million-square-foot Class B portfolio in the Dallas area, and the Premier Logistics Portfolio, a five-building, 5.7-million-square-foot grouping with assets in Chicago, Dallas and Houston.
Additional transactions included the sale of Inwood Center, a 738,199 square-foot light industrial park in Dallas, and Chesser 35, a 313,732-square-foot Class A+ industrial property in Fort Worth.
These are some of the reasons we selected the Newmark’s Logistics Capital Team as one of Connect CRE’s National Top Broker Award winners for 2026. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
