CBRE National Partners (Industrial & Logistics) comprises 39 producers. Since its 2010 launch, the group has closed approximately $264 billion in sales volume across 3.6 billion square feet and worked with over 1,100 unique buyers. Currently it’s led by Will Pike, president – Capital Markets U.S. Industrial & Logistics, and Heather McClain Venegoni, Investment Sales Director.
In 2025, the partners handled 320 industrial transactions, totaling $18.2 billion in value. The team delivers a complete spectrum of advisory services, ranging from property acquisitions/dispositions to land sales.
