Charlie Farra leads Newmark’s operations in the Puget Sound region and works alongside partner Mark Fox. The team specializes in tenant advisory services, including leasing and sales. With 40+ years of combined experience, they are among the most active brokers in the area.
In 2024, the duo completed 69 lease totaling over 700,000 square feet. Leases included short-term extensions, “blend extends” and long-term “flight to quality” commitments.
Three notable transactions— Coreweave, Knobbe Martens and Pacific NW Fertility—involved expansions to Bellevue, where businesses sought a safe, amenity-rich, and business-friendly environment.
