The Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Team for Florida Industrial and Office Properties is comprised of Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Dominic Montazemi and Rick Colon. During 2024, the team closed $1.8 billion in sales across industrial, land and office sectors.
Notable Tampa transactions included the $94.5-million sale of the 400,000-square-foot Tampa Commerce Center; Blackstone acquired the property, which was 100% leased to Ball Metal Beverage Corporation. The team also brokered the $48.95-million sale of the 245,000-square-foot TIA Logistics Center and the $41.4-million sale of the 247,371-square-foot Preserve II and IV.
