As a partner with Seyfarth Shaw, Jami Balint focuses on industrial real estate, advising clients on transactional real estate and land use for commercial, industrial, data center and real estate developments.

She provides legal advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and development, including commercial leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence and feasibility analyses, development strategies, environmental review, land use permitting, and administrative proceedings.

Her notable activities include representing a data center developer in acquiring four properties in Arizona, Ohio, Texas and Utah. She also represented purchasers and users in 450 build-to-suit acquisitions totaling more than 285 million square feet of warehouse, distribution center, and last-mile facility space.

Balint has moderated panels at many events. She is a member of the Industrial NAIOP National Forum and The Conference Board, CED Fellowship, and serves the community as an Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance board member.
