As PEBB’s Vice President of Leasing – Senior Director, Jenny Schuemann drives leasing activity across the company’s nationwide portfolio. In 2023 alone, PEBB completed 408,572 square feet of new leases and 139,931 square feet of lease renewals.

Schuemann stays in close contact with PEBB’s various internal departments, like accounting and property management, to ensure each property’s performance meets expectations and addresses any potential issues or challenges tenants face. She is also responsible for preparing leasing updates for PEBB’s partners and key stakeholders. Schuemann has helped generate considerable leasing activity for PEBB projects, including the mixed-use Beachwalk (in Jacksonville) and Mainstreet at Boynton (in Boynton Beach, FL).

Schuemann is active with ICSC, helping PEBB become a fixture at the annual ICSC conventions in Las Vegas and Florida and ensuring the company’s participation directly leads to new deals. In the community, Schuemann and her colleagues regularly volunteer with Feeding South Florida and Boca Helping Hands. She also volunteers her time to support the school her three children attend.
