Lucia Hedke serves as JLL’s Managing Director of Healthcare for the entire state of Florida. In this role, she provides real estate brokerage services across the state while also serving her roster of clients in the Washington, DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) market, specializing as an investment sales broker and tenant representative for healthcare clients. Hedke also serves on JLL’s national Healthcare Advisory Committee.
Internally, Hedke leads JLL’s Florida Healthcare Practice and serves on the national Healthcare Advisory Committee.
Over the past year, Hedke has won exclusive representation of various Florida health care and life science projects totaling 1.3 million square feet. Additionally, she has exclusive representation of an additional 500,000 square feet of non-profit and association properties in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Before joining JLL, Hedke was at Cresa, where she was a top producer, winning that company’s “Largest Deal” award three times. The Washington Business Journal recognized her as one of the “Top 35 Under 35” and “Top 40 Under 40.” Additionally, she received a Commercial Interiors Award of Excellence.
She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC (CREBA) and holds certification as a LEED Green Associate. Hedke is a member of the Florida chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the CREW network.
Her community endeavors include involvement with Pace Center for Girls, Ronald McDonald House Charities and St. John’s Community Services.
