Corine Sheridan
Manages the Tax Credit Syndication team's origination strategy
Has 35+ years of multifamily financing experience, specifically in Affordable Housing originations
Corine Sheridan joined Berkadia in April 2021. As senior vice president and head of acquisitions, Sheridan implements and manages the Tax Credit Syndication team’s origination strategy. She brings over 35 years of multifamily financing experience to Berkadia, with specific expertise in Affordable Housing originations and production strategy.
She previously served as director of originations at Boston Capital, responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the firm’s targeted nationwide origination strategy. During her 18 years at Boston Capital, Sheridan grew originations from $1 billion to $4 billion, some of the highest Affordable originations volume in the company’s history.
Before joining Boston Capital, Sheridan was the director of marketing and business development at Cohn Reznick (formerly The Reznick Group). Other positions she held include senior vice president of debt originations and marketing at Dynex Capital (formerly Multifamily Capital Markets), assistant vice president of construction financing loan originations at MIG Companies, and district loan technician at USDA, Rural Housing Service.
These are a few reasons we chose Corine Sheridan as one of the Washington DC Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
