Donna Blair

Donna Blair is the chief operating officer of Pacific Retail Capital Partners. In this position, she brings her extensive experience in leadership, real estate development, property management and asset management to guide PRCP’s strategic growth while supervising the company’s daily business operations and critical initiatives.

PRCP is spearheading one of the largest mall redevelopments in the U.S. in repositioning The Galleria in White Plains, NY. Concurrently, PRCP acquired the former Carson’s anchor box at Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL and is transforming it into an exciting mixed-use destination by adding over 600 multifamily units and a park. In May, PRCP announced the acquisition of Bridgewater Commons in New Jersey, which will be transformed into a mixed-use destination.

Blair was recently selected to ULI’s Leadership Council in Los Angeles, where she will work to increase the number of women in the industry. Through her work within PRCP and outside advocacy organizations, including the ULI, the Downtown Denver Partnership, the North Michigan Avenue Association and the New York Historical Preservation, Blair plans to leverage her experience to bring more women to the proverbial decision-making table.
