As Matthews Real Estate Investment Services’ Vice President & Director, Simon Assaf specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net lease properties across the United States. Since launching his career in 2017, Assaf has established himself as an industry recognized agent.

In 2020, Matthews’ Executive Leadership hand-picked Assaf to open the firm’s Scottsdale office. An alum of Arizona State University, Assaf aided in growing the office by 350% since its opening, despite the challenges of the pandemic.

His willingness to assist those around him without asking for anything in return is one of the main reasons Assaf was given the opportunity to open an office. He now mentors 15 agents in the Phoenix office, helping them navigate the industry and their respective specialties.
