Sarah Argudo Manages Over 1,300 Multifamily Units in Legacy Property’s Portfolio
Sarah Argudo, vice president of development and acquisitions for Legacy Partners’ Pacific Northwest office, has spent 27 years in real estate, including nearly two decades with Legacy Partners. She has overseen the successful development of more than 1,300 residential units and is managing another 1,328 units in the company’s Pacific Northwest pipeline. Delivery is anticipated over the next two to three years.
She oversees five multifamily projects, managing everything from site sourcing, feasibility analysis and entitlements to design, construction, budgeting and leasing. Her hands-on approach extends to challenging consultants and contractors to improve project outcomes, with particular attention to design, unit mix and the resident experience.
Argudo also manages a development manager and three development support staff, mentoring colleagues and guiding project teams.
She joined Legacy Partners in 2004 as an office manager and development and property management assistant, then advanced through development coordinator, assistant development manager and senior development manager roles.
After 14 years with Legacy Partners, Argudo spent three years at Seattle-based Barrientos|Ryan, where she managed the development of more than 900 residential units. She subsequently returned to Legacy Partners in her current role.
Outside the office, she has volunteered with Rebuilding Together, a nonprofit focused on safe and healthy housing, and participates in local community and school activities.
These are just a few reasons Sarah Argudo is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
