Elizabeth Dickey Leads BioMed’s Operations for 1.3M SF
Elizabeth Dickey, senior director of operations at BioMed Realty, leads Seattle operations for 1.3 million square feet of life science and technology real estate.
During her 16 years with the company, she has advanced through six roles, progressing from assistant property manager in 2010 to senior director of operations in 2024.
At Dexter Yard, a life science and technology destination, she has supported gathering spaces, wellness initiatives and programming designed to foster connections among tenants.
Dickey also spearheaded the selection and rollout of the Cove tenant app and computerized maintenance management system, improving communication, service delivery and operational efficiency. All assets in her portfolio earned the Kingsley Excellence Award for tenant satisfaction.
A Fitwel Ambassador, Dickey has mentored more than a dozen emerging commercial real estate professionals over the past decade. She participates in BioMed Realty’s RISE Women in Commercial Real Estate and PRIDE employee resource groups and is active in CREW, BOMA, IREM and I2SL.
These are just a few reasons Elizabeth Dickey is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
