Kelley Lovshin Launches and Grows BXP’s Seattle Presence
Kelley E. Lovshin, vice president and Seattle regional director at BXP, launched the company’s Seattle office in 2020 and built it into an 11-person team. She oversees the company’s acquisitions and leasing.
Under Lovshin’s leadership, BXP acquired the 760,000 square-foot Safeco Plaza and the 37-story, 750,000 square-foot Madison Centre.
Lovshin’s industry leadership includes serving as chair of the University of Washington’s Runstad Advisory Board. She is also district council chair for ULI Northwest and serves on the policy board of UC Berkeley’s Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics. Her involvement includes the Downtown Seattle Association and CREDA.
Lovshin also leads BXP Seattle’s community engagement. The team volunteers with Mary’s Place, which provides temporary housing for families transitioning to long-term homes.
These are just a few reasons Kelley Lovshin is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
