Mary Hull-Drury Brings Two Decades of Leadership to CBA
Mary Hull-Drury became president and CEO of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) in June 2026, bringing more than 20 years of real estate industry and association leadership experience to the organization. CBA represents more than 4,600 commercial real estate professionals across Washington and Idaho.
At CBA, she leads an organization that provides commercial brokers with market data, a commercial multiple listing service, legal forms, transaction resources, education, professional development and advocacy.
Before joining CBA, Hull-Drury spent much of her career with Washington REALTORS, where she served as director of government affairs. Her work included legislative and regulatory advocacy, building relationships with policymakers and industry stakeholders, and developing programs to support real estate professionals.
Her community involvement has included serving as treasurer of the Master Gardener Foundation of Chelan-Douglas County, assistant soccer coach with TC United and volunteer associate board director for O Bee Credit Union.
These are just a few reasons Mary Hull-Drury is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
