CBRE’s Taylor Team consists of Thomas Taylor, Matt Taylor, Robbie Taylor, and Lauren Mewes. The team’s focus is on industrial and R&D transactions in Silicon Valley; in 2025, team members handled 112 transactions totaling nearly 4.2 million square feet.
In 2025, notable deals include the pre-lease of three buildings at Campus at Bayside, totaling 253,472 square feet. This is one of the few advanced manufacturing developments currently under construction in Silicon Valley this year, which will deliver much-needed supply to the market.
The team also represented a hardware company in three Silicon Valley leases totaling 557,726 square feet.
