During his career, CBRE Vice Chairman Bennett Robinson has closed over 120 million square feet, totaling over $6.7 billion in sales and leasing volume. During 2025, Robinson facilitated 48 leasing transactions of 1.7 million square feet.
Notable highlights include tenant representation for a 350,000-square-foot lease at 3800 Fanucchi Way, Shafter, CA. Robinson also provided landlord representation for a 322,344-square-foot lease at 16200 West Roscoe Blvd., Van Nuys and a 122,577-square-foot lease at 7900 Nelson Road, Panorama City.
