Chris Shepherd is CBRE’s Vice Chairman and has been recognized as the top advisor in Silicon Valley for three consecutive years by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB). He also serves on the Executive Committee and leads CBRE’s Technology Practice Group.
In 2025, Shepherd completed 76 office and R&D transactions totaling 3.4 million square feet and valued at $1.1 billion.
Notable highlights included a 521,000-square-foot lease renewal for a large streaming service provider in Silicon Valley. He also brokered the purchase of a 700,000-square-foot Class A office campus. Shepherd works with high-profile clients including Accenture, Lambda Labs, Boston Scientific, Lucid Motors and Zoox.
