In 2025, the Colliers team of Mark Lewkowitz and Evan McDonald handled 75 deals totaling more than 1.7 million square feet and valued at approximately $200 million.
Highlights include representing developer/landlord Rexford Industrial in its 123,492-square-foot lease at 8888 Balboa Avenue and spearheading an 83,469-square-foot lease at Kurtz Street (owned by Realterm and LaSalle) for tenant Saronic Technologies, Inc.
Additionally, Lewkowitz represented landlord North Richmond Properties Inc. in handling a 128,248-square-foot lease at 1770 Thor and 3388 Main Streets to Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company, and McDonald closed a 62,484-square-foot lease renewal on behalf of CEVA Freight LLC at 7411 Goen Place.
