Vasquez Bridges Brokerage and Development Strategy Across Diversified Partners’ Platform
Brandon Vasquez is the Vice President of Brokerage and Development at Diversified Partners, a Scottsdale-based commercial real estate brokerage and development firm. He handles brokerage and development, focusing on land sales, acquisitions and tenant representation. He also works with tenants, landlords and capital partners, helping align interests and structure deals that support long-term growth.
Vasquez helps shape project strategy and development initiatives across the firm. He collaborates closely with senior leadership on site planning, tenant curation and deal structuring, often contributing at early stages to help define the long-term vision of projects.
Vasquez worked with the Lakefront at Scottsdale, a mixed-use development totaling more than 100,000 square feet. Another project involved a 14-acre retail and entertainment development in Laveen, AZ.
He received the Daniels Fund Scholarship, a highly selective award recognizing leadership, integrity and commitment to community.
