Sproul with Transwestern Specializes in Industrial Land Sales and Development in Arizona
Dylan Sproul is a Senior Vice President on Transwestern’s Capital Markets & Development Advisory team in Phoenix. He advises investors, developers, and occupiers on deal-structuring strategies across land sales, development advisory, investment sales, complex site-selection assignments, data center land acquisitions, adaptive reuse, and the repositioning of underutilized or distressed assets in Greater Phoenix and select national markets.
Notable highlights include a 77-acre land sale to support the development of a 1.2-million-square-foot warehouse facility in Buckeye, AZ. He also served as the lead broker for Shopoff Realty’s 269.9-acre land acquisition.
Sproul earned his SIOR designation at a young age and is an active participant with ULI Young Leaders. He’s also a supporter of the Baller Dream Foundation.
His accolades include Top National Producer and Investment Sale of the Year awards (Transwestern), as well as Rookie of the Year and Top National Producer at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors, where he was before joining Transwestern.
