Tsyngauz Structures Debt and Construction Loans Across NYC CRE Projects

Mike Tsyngauz is a Director at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he arranges debt and structured finance solutions for commercial real estate owners and developers throughout New York City. He sources and structures acquisition financing, refinances, construction loans, bridge financing and complex capital stack solutions across multifamily, mixed-use, retail, condominium, and development assets.

Tsyngauz has arranged over $200 million in commercial mortgage transactions across a diverse range of asset types, including securing a $21.5-million ground-up construction loan for a 60-unit residential development in Brooklyn. He also handled a $4.9-million acquisition and construction loan for a four-unit condominium conversion in Cobble Hill.

Tsyngauz is active with the firm’s business development and strategic growth initiatives. A key focus has been expanding the company’s origination presence throughout Westchester County and surrounding suburban markets.   

He created and hosts the “Discovering CRE” podcast, interviewing developers, lenders, investors, attorneys, and other industry professionals across New York City.

He is active in the New York City commercial real estate community through regular attendance at industry networking events and participation in the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York (YREPNY) and Olami.
