Greystone’s Gallagher Drives Healthcare and Senior Housing Financing
A Production Analyst at Greystone, Liam Gallagher specializes in healthcare and senior housing debt transactions across the FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and bridge lending platforms. He runs point on Greystone’s Bridge-to-HUD healthcare deals, assisting with generating new business, analyzing and structuring new transaction placements. Since 2025, he has closed 500 loans and is responsible for the pipeline representing $1 billion in transactions.
Notable deals include a $65-million bridge refinance loan for three skilled nursing facilities in Pennsylvania and a $49-million bridge refinance loan for two skilled nursing facilities in California.
In addition to his transaction work, Gallagher was an integral part of the Greystone team that recently helped guide the changes to HUD’s rules on QIPP/UPL underwriting, benefiting skilled nursing facility (SNF) owners and operators in Texas and Indiana with immediate upside in their property valuations.
Liam is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also launching a CRE-focused ‘young leaders’ group in Cleveland, OH.
These are just a few reasons we chose Liam Gallagher as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
