Polsinelli Combines Investment Sales and Mentorship at Compass Commercial

Company:

Compass Commercial

Trystan Polsinelli serves as Senior Executive Director at Compass Commercial. He is a member of the Polsinelli Team, with responsibilities that include investment sales, commercial leasing, and business development across all asset classes throughout the five boroughs. He advises sellers and buyers on pricing and strategy and manages deal execution from assignment through closing. He was also a founding member of Compass’s commercial division at its 2018 launch.

Notable deals include representing the seller in its $15-million disposition of the 102,000-square-foot development site at 2162 Third Avenue in East Harlem. He also brokered the sale and resale of retail condos at 262-272 Mott Street in Nolita.

Aside from his transactions, Polsinelli mentors and coaches colleagues within his organization and college students. In the community, he works with groups focused on neighborhood safety and dedicates time to several children’s organizations. He is also a soccer coach and trainer.

Polsinelli was named to Commercial Observer’s Top 30 Young Real Estate Professionals list and selected by the New York Real Estate Journal for a dedicated professional profile highlighting emerging talent in the New York market.

These are just a few reasons we chose Trystan Polsinelli as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
