Hart Howerton’s Elliott Advances Healthy Living Design Initiatives
Jessica Elliott is a licensed architect and Senior Associate at Hart Howerton. She manages interdisciplinary teams across complex mixed-use hospitality projects, leading the design execution from concept through construction administration. Elliott also handles client relationships and project administration, including contracts and billing, as well as internal design and technical reviews throughout a project’s lifecycle.
Elliott is on Hart Howerton’s ISO Quality Management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committees. She is a regular mentor who shares her knowledge and experiences with others.
She helped introduce new initiatives at Hart Howerton, including the firm’s research on Healthy Living as a MovingWorlds Institute fellow and as a Culture of Health Leader through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
Elliott has a WELL accreditation and previously served on IWBI WELL’s City Advisory as a Community Partner in Residence with the Columbia University Center for Smart Streetscapes.
She is a member of the Manhattan Community Board 11 in East Harlem, serving on the Land Use, Landmarks and Planning and the District Needs & Budget committees. She has served as Vice Chair of the Board, Chair of the District Needs & Budget Committee, and Chair of the Environment, Open Space & Parks Committee. Additionally, Elliott organized and led the creation of the annual East Harlem Earth Day Conference, which is in its 5th consecutive year.
These are just a few reasons we chose Jessica Elliott as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
