Will Strong is the youngest Executive Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield and leads his region for the National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), C&W’s national institutional industrial investment sales team. He has been involved in the sale, financing, and leasing of over 95 million square feet valued in excess of $15.0 billion and has completed some of the highest-profile and most complicated deals in the region. In 2024, Strong and his team closed over 50 transactions totaling $2.6 Billion.

Notable highlights include the $168.3-million sale of the 809,230-square-foot 101 Commerce Park (Mesa, AZ), the largest industrial sale in Phoenix for the year. Other deals included the $128.1-million sale of the 1.2 million Cubes at Glendale, Building B.
